She Rides is a suite of introductory riding programs that focus on building fitness, developing skills and creating a social riding community of women. Three program types are available - Confidence and Together, delivered as a series of sessions over 8-weeks and Basics, delivered as 3 x 1 hour private lessons with a She Rides Leader.
Choose a road/traffic program or a mountain bike program to discover a new you! Whether you want to be confident to ride on shared paths and in traffic situations, or get out into the bush on a mountain bike, She Rides can help you get there.
Programs are delivered by accredited cycling coaches/teachers and mountain bike coaches who are qualified, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting you to make riding a part of your everyday life.

Purchase She Rides clothing (riding jersey, bib shorts, gloves or a visibility vest) during registration and receive 15% off! (Already applied in the shop) Wearing riding clothing is not compulsory, but it does make riding a little more comfortable.
